Why this equipment fails more often in Tampa
Open display cases and glass-door units constantly fight Florida’s warm, humid air, especially near entrances and windows. On top of that, many units have the condenser at the bottom, where it collects dust quickly. A dirty condenser and worn gaskets are two of the most frequent reasons a unit doesn’t cool properly.
How we work

Frequently asked questions
Why does the glass on my refrigerated display case fog up?
It usually happens when the air in the store is very humid, when the door anti-sweat heaters aren’t working or when the gaskets don’t seal well. We check all three and fix the cause.
Why doesn’t my prep table keep the top ingredients cold?
It’s common when the lid is left open for long periods, when the condenser is dirty or when the fans that move cold air to the pans fail. Filling the pans above the recommended line also has an effect.
Do you repair reach-in refrigerators of all brands?
Yes. We work with True, Traulsen, Turbo Air, Beverage-Air, Hussmann and other commercial brands.
How often should the condenser on a display case or refrigerator be cleaned?
It depends on the environment; in greasy kitchens or dusty stores it’s best to check it often, for example every three months. We recommend a frequency after seeing your equipment.
How much does it cost to repair a refrigerated display case?
It depends on the equipment and the problem. After the diagnosis we give you a clear price before doing any work.
