Our ice machine services
Repair
We diagnose and repair failures in water pumps, inlet valves, sensors, control boards, fans, compressors and refrigerant circuits.
Cleaning and sanitizing
We disassemble the parts that touch water and ice, remove scale and slime, and sanitize the evaporator, bin and lines with manufacturer-approved products. Tampa’s water tends to leave scale, so this cleaning is key to the machine’s performance.
Water filtration
We install and replace water filters that reduce scale and improve the taste and clarity of the ice.
Installation and replacement
We help you choose the machine and ice type based on your daily volume, and install it with its water, drain and electrical connections.
Brands we work with
Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Scotsman, Ice-O-Matic, Follett and other commercial brands, including air-cooled, water-cooled and remote-condenser machines.
How we work
- You call us or fill out the form. Tell us the brand and what’s happening with the ice.
- Diagnosis. We check the water supply, the freeze and harvest cycle, the electrical components and the refrigeration system.
- Clear quote. We explain the problem and the cost before we start.
- Repair, cleaning and testing. We leave the machine producing and verify a full cycle before we leave.

Frequently asked questions
Why is my ice machine making so little ice?
The most common causes are a dirty condenser, scale on the evaporator, a clogged water filter, low water pressure or very high room temperature around the machine. A thorough cleaning solves many of these cases; if not, we perform a complete diagnosis.
How often should an ice machine be cleaned?
Manufacturers usually recommend cleaning and sanitizing the machine at least every six months, and more often if the water has a lot of scale or the machine is in an environment with yeast or flour, such as bars and bakeries. Always follow your model’s manual.
Why does the ice taste or smell bad?
It’s usually caused by slime or mold inside the machine, an expired water filter or a bin that absorbs odors from the room. Cleaning and sanitizing, along with a filter change, normally fixes it.
Do you install new ice machines?
Yes. We help you choose the right capacity and ice type for your business and install it with its water, drain and electrical connections.
How much does ice machine repair cost?
It depends on the problem and the model. After the diagnosis we give you a clear price before doing any work.
