How often does a commercial washer need maintenance?
It depends on daily cycles and the manufacturer’s recommendations. Machines in busy laundromats and large hotels need more frequent checks. We propose a schedule after evaluating your equipment.
What maintenance can my own staff do?
Clean the dryer lint screens as the manufacturer specifies (in commercial use, usually daily or several times per shift), clean the washer door gaskets and dispensers, and report noises or leaks as soon as they appear. Everything else is best left to a technician.
Does maintenance include repairs?
The maintenance visit includes inspection, adjustments and cleaning. If we find a part that needs replacing, we tell you the cost and replace it only if you approve.
Can you do maintenance without closing my laundromat?
Yes. We usually check the machines in rotation, during the slowest hours, so the store keeps serving customers.
Do you maintain equipment of any brand?
