What installation includes
- Review of the space and floor plan: machine placement, service access and traffic flow.
- Anchoring and leveling of washer-extractors to the manufacturer’s specifications (base, anchor bolts or soft-mount).
- Hot and cold water connections with the proper valves and pressure.
- Drainage sized for the machines’ discharge rate.
- Gas connection for natural gas or propane dryers, with leak testing.
- Electrical connection to the correct circuit for each machine.
- Dryer exhaust ducts with the diameter, length and materials specified by the manufacturer.
- Start-up and testing of each machine with a full cycle, plus basic operating instructions for your staff.
- Removal of old equipment when it’s a replacement.
Some work (for example, major electrical or gas upgrades) may require permits and contractors with specific licenses. We’ll tell you up front and coordinate it.
What kind of project
New self-service laundromats
We help you plan the installation so the machines work well from day one and are easy to service later.
Hotels and lodging
Installation or renovation of the on-premise laundry: washer-extractors, high-capacity dryers and, if you have them, ironers.
Industrial laundries
Capacity expansion or replacement of large equipment, planned to minimize downtime.
Replacing old machines
We remove equipment that’s no longer worth repairing and install the new machines, reusing existing connections when possible.
The laundry room matters too
Dryers generate a lot of heat and humidity. If the laundry room doesn’t have enough make-up air and ventilation, the dryers perform worse and staff work in tough conditions, something you really notice in Tampa’s climate. As climate-control specialists, we can evaluate the whole room. See commercial dryer venting.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell the equipment or only install it?
We install equipment you’ve purchased from your distributor, and we can advise you on the type and capacity of machine that suits your operation. Ask us about your specific case.
Why does a washer-extractor need to be anchored?
Hard-mount washer-extractors spin at high speed and transmit a lot of force to the floor. If they aren’t anchored on the base the manufacturer specifies, they vibrate, move and get damaged. Soft-mount machines have other requirements; we always follow each model’s installation manual.
Can you reuse the connections from my old machines?
Often, yes, but we need to confirm that the water, drainage, gas, electrical and exhaust duct are suitable for the new equipment. We check this during the assessment visit.
How much does it cost to install commercial laundry equipment?
It depends on the number and type of machines and the condition of the existing connections. After the visit we give you a clear, detailed quote.
Do you install hotel laundries?
Yes. We install and renovate in-house laundries for hotels, motels and residences, including washer-extractors, dryers and room ventilation.
