Commercial kitchen maintenance in Tampa and surrounding areas

A commercial kitchen runs many hours a day amid heat, grease and humidity. Without maintenance, equipment gradually loses performance until one day it fails right in the middle of the rush. At Tecnorima, with more than 30 years of experience, we inspect and adjust your kitchen equipment on a regular schedule so your restaurant or hotel keeps serving without surprises.

Benefits of preventive maintenance for your kitchen

  • Fewer breakdowns during service: we catch worn parts before they fail.
  • Lower gas and electricity use: well-calibrated equipment heats only as much as it should.
  • More consistent food: correct temperatures in ovens, fryers and griddles.
  • Longer life for expensive equipment.
  • A safer kitchen: we check gas connections, pilots and safety limits.
  • Warranty protection: many manufacturers require regular maintenance.

Plans tailored to your operation

A café that’s open during the day isn’t the same as a hotel kitchen running 24 hours. That’s why we build the plan around the number of units, hours of use and type of kitchen. Many high-volume kitchens prefer quarterly visits; others, twice a year. We schedule visits during your slowest hours.

For refrigeration equipment (walk-ins, refrigerators and ice machines), see our commercial refrigeration maintenance. If a unit has already failed, what you need is commercial kitchen equipment repair.

Frequently asked questions

How often should a commercial kitchen be serviced?

It depends on volume. For high-use kitchens we recommend quarterly visits; for smaller operations, twice a year is usually enough. We decide after seeing your equipment and schedule.

Does maintenance help with passing inspections?

It helps keep equipment running at the correct temperatures and in good condition, which is what an inspection checks. Daily cleaning and your staff’s records remain the operation’s responsibility, though.

Does it include cleaning the hood and grease ducts?

No. Deep cleaning of grease ducts and service of the fire suppression system are done by specialized companies. We check the mechanical side of the ventilation: exhaust fans, belts, motors and make-up air.

Can you do maintenance outside service hours?

We schedule visits during your slowest hours within our business hours, to interrupt your kitchen as little as possible.

Do you serve chains or multiple locations?

Yes. We can serve multiple locations in the Tampa area under one plan, with a report for each location.
